Magazine version 2

Before starting to create this page, you are supposed to import template styles first, and make sure that you have already installed EasyBlog Extension, and read through its documentation. Then please follow these below steps to create the Magazine version 2 like our demo:

Step 1: Create EasyBlog posts

First of all, you need to create EasyBlog categories, and EasyBlog posts

  • Go to Admin > Components > EasyBlog > Category to create new categories
  • Go to Admin > Components > EasyBlog > Post to add new Posts

Step 2: Create modules

This step is to create all modules used in this page. Please click on each link to go to see detail configurations of modules

Step 3: Add module position in layout

After creating all those modules, you'd better add their position in the layout "tz_jollyany - Default - No Breadcrumb". In this template, those above created modules share the same position "Right", so just need to add one position right in the layout.

  • Go to Admin > Extensions > Templates > Style > tz_jollyany - Default - No Breadcrumb > Layout

Step 4: Add new menu item

This step is to create a new menu item for Magazine version 2

  • Go to Admin > Menus > Main Menu > Add new
  • Menu item type: EasyBlog > (Posts) Magazine
  • Magazine Layout Style: Layout 2
  • Template Style: tz_jollyany - Default - No Breadcrumb

Step 5: Check your page in front-end

After having done these above steps, you'd better refresh your site and go to your front-end to check how your page looks like.
